Prof. Liora Katzenstein
Chairperson of the board Professor Katzensteins involvement with early-stage technology enterprises spans more than two decades, and includes roles as an investor, advisor, active board member, and founder of a number of successful ventures.
Prof. Katzenstein founded Forum International (an Israeli business development consultancy), and served as partner in Consulta Associates, an international consulting firm. Since 1996, she has served as the founding president of ISEMI – The Institute for the Study of Entrepreneurship and Management of Innovation.
Prof. Katzenstein has served as a director of several public and private companies, including Clal Industries & Investments, Discount Issuers Ltd, Bezeq Globe and others, as well as RIT, RadWare and RadVision (NASDAQ traded).
Prof. Katzenstein holds a Masters in Law and Diplomacy from Tufts University, and a PhD in International Economics from the Graduate Institute of International Studies at the University of Geneva. She was awarded a visiting doctoral scholarship to the Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.
Mr. Tomas Mendelsohn
Founder & CEO Mr. Mendelsohn has many years of senior management experience including management roles at Microsoft.Mr. Mendelsohnwas also the founder of Medit Interactive Medical Technologies and the inventor of the patent, which was the basis for the technology there after developed.
Mr. Yoram Wilamowski
Yoram Wilamowski was a partner at Ernst & Young Israel, the largest accounting firm in Israel, until 2014. With 33 years of experience, Yoram specialized in the Life-Science and high-tech industries.
As Israel’s leader for Ernst & Young’s Life-Sciences Prctice, Yoram served as a business consultant to his clients specializing in IPO's in Israel, the U.S. and Europe, co-operation and M&A deals, fund raisings, as well as financial statements, tax and audit.
Yoram got his Certified Public Accountant license in 1985, following his studies in The College of Management.
Mr. Yaacov Cohen
A self-made Israeli businessman and entrepreneur has been a dominant innovative leader in the Israeli industry for over 30 years, conducting large scale international business operations since 1981. Incorporated several companies along the years, some of them has been existed and was sold to other parties. , established Toyo Ram Electronics, an Israeli based operation, which was for the better part of a decade, the pioneer to conduct trade between Israel and Japan in the electronics sector.
In 1993 incorporated Supertec Electronics – an ASIC Design center which in a mere decade designed a large number of chips for the Telecom, Military and Defense sectors, sold over 30 million units, generating impressive revenues and gaining a significant market presence. In 2001, while still leading the above operations
Founded a holdings group named Soligor Technologies Ltd.
